Long moth with both heart-shaped and circle markings on wings....and a pointy nose.

Agree with N. pronuba...
...by the way, the heart shaped spot is more commonly, and less romantically likened to the shape of a kidney. When you see the term "Renoform spot" this is the type of spot being referred to. As a rule, I am not good with entomological vocabulary, but I like this one, so I thought I'd share it.
