Clouded Skipper, I believe.
By the way it's perched, it is definitely one of the Grass-Skippers. Since the underwings are so dark, I think it's Clouded Skipper. The white spots are also consistent with Clouded. Probably it's a female. See

It seems to be clouded skipper. I checked other website like Georgia Butterflys-cloud skipper. the spots and their arrangement are diverse.
also some other genus has 3 white spots on row (straight or curve). The size of spots also are varient.

match pretty well
Just compared.
Those pictures (mine, Florida and SC) match pretty well with only slight difference in shape of white spots.
More confidence on clouded skipper.
