Hymenopteran (Argidae?) on Ribes setosum leaf - Dolerus

Hymenopteran (Argidae?) on Ribes setosum leaf - Dolerus
Sevenmile Creek, 8 kilometers northwest of Helena, Lewis and Clark County, Montana, USA
May 6, 2021
Ca 1 cm long hymenopteran without constricted waist collected from foliage (not flowers) of Ribes setosum. Abdomen orange ventrally except for the last, dark segments. Early afternoon on a sunny day, light breeze, 65 F. A single, flowering Ribes setosum bush with leaves now ca 3 cm across on a steep west-facing stream bank. This is one of the few riparian shrubs with surviving top-growth following last September's fire. Along moderately incised stream channel with point bars and eroding banks.

Elevation ca 4000 feet. Disturbed, shrubby riparian corridor on stream restoration site within a patchwork of native and non-native grassland.

Dolerus
Dolerus sp. May have been visiting the Ribes flowers for pollen and nectar, or possibly you inadvertently swept it from some horsetails.

Thanks very much!
This sawfly was definitely on the Ribes, but there are certainly horsetails in the area. I've identified Equisetum arvense and E. laevigatum out here, and this year's shoots have been emerging the past few weeks.

Maybe Dolerus.
