Yellow/black wasp like bug?

Yellow/black wasp like bug?
Daly City, CA, San Mateo County, California, USA
May 8, 2021
Size: 1.5"
I could not figure out what this bug is using the wasp identifiers. The antennae is long and yellow and head shape did not seem to match a wasp. The wings are pretty tight to the body too.
