I don't see any reason to doubt they are the same, but I can't rule out their being different.

 
The one on the left looks lik
The one on the left looks like a male Musca autumnalis, the one on the right looks like a female Musca autumnalis. Certainly not Sarcophagidae which usually has 4 notopleural bristles.
