That looks right. Some of the spiders on that species page look too different to be the same species (to my VERY untrained eye).

 
Variability -
I know what you mean, but as I slowly learn more about spiders, I'm finding out that there can be substantial variability in the colors and patterns in the same species - sometimes due to juveniles versus adults and sometimes due to sexual dimorphism...

Let's see if someone more knowledgable can comment!

Edit: I see our info. page for E. ravilla has info. about color variants and a link to a UFL web page with even more information!
