Psyllidae, nymphs from False Indigo - Amorphicola amorphae

Psyllidae, nymphs from False Indigo - Amorphicola amorphae
Iowa Native Trees & Shrubs, Boone County, Iowa, USA
May 16, 2021
Size: .5 to 1.3 mm
May 13, 2021: visiting a native plant nursery I looked at several False indigo, Amorpha fruticosa, shrubs. One, and only one, had Walshia amorphella stem galls so I had to buy it. Confined the galls in a jar.

May 16, 2021: noticed debris at the bottom of the stem gall jar. Looking closer they were psyllids, mostly dead, a few alive. Checked the plant and there were more.

May 21, 2021: an adult

June 7, 2021: collected 2 more adults. To me they look more like Amorphicola pallida than the others, perhaps because of the blue color.

Batch

NOT my guess of Amorphicola pallida as per Chris's post below.

Moved from Amorphicola.

My initial impression of the adults is Amorphicola amorphae
Based on what appears to be relatively short antennae

Chris.
I hope you know your expertise and this ID thrilled me!! I had completely given up all hope as to ever finding/documenting this species, the second Amophicola species on Amorpha.
I did freeze a couple of adults in case you would to to see/have them.
