Found many of these on a flag pole, attracted by the lights.

Best placement...
is probably Perlesta. This one might be P. decipiens, but Dr. Kondratieff has advised against trying to do a species ID on Perlesta. There are many look-alike species in this genus and more species are being discovered all the time. (See Don Chandler's Perlesta n. sp. here.)

Probably...
a small perlid. The perlodid stoneflies look very similar as adults, but the collection date seems to suggest that this is probably a little perlid.
