Tiny bugs coming out of air vents - Coptotermes formosanus

Tiny bugs coming out of air vents - Coptotermes formosanus
Sour Lake, Hardin County, Texas, USA
May 23, 2021
Size: Slim grain of rice
Found coming out of air vents, walking along walls and windowsills. A check in the attic found more of them, but not overwhelmingly so. Don’t seem to bite. Sometimes seen following each other very closely as shown in image. Unless we’ve just been unobservant they seem to be all appearing at once. It has been raining here for the past few days. First thought was roaches but pincers gave me some pause. Move quite slow, don’t seem to care about light.

Termite reproductives

These are male and female termites that swarmed from their nest then lost their wings. Yours could be a different species from the one illustrated.
