Notiobia mexicana
based on my microscopic examination of this specimen. A southwestern Notiobia with distinctive pronotum (lateral margins sinuate and strongly beaded before dentate hind angles) and elytra with supposedly a hint of purplish shade. New to me & BG. Thanks again Tom.
