Stonefly? What species? - Pteronarcys

Size: > 40 mm length
Time 2:19 p.m. Temp ~ 50 ⁰F. This large insect was resting on a garden row-cover and was quite approachable. Its total length from the front of head to rear tip of wings was at least 1.5 inches.
