Scymnus --
looks very much like S. suturalis to me

 
too elongated/dark-legged, I think
Scymnus always has pale yellowish legs - it can be hard to tell against a brownish-black background like this image, but the beetle's legs look dark to me, without yellow or orange tones. Some Scymnus are elongated, of course, but they tend to be more ovoid - this one is rather rectangular and boxy-looking.
