So they don't fly, not yet (not sure if they have wings). They like to stick their hinds up in the air though. They like to link with each other and walk. If it helps, there was some sort of lone bee in this window twice...then a few days later, these little ones were everywhere.

Termite reproductives


Yours have shed their wings and are pairing up to start new colonies.

 
They left the window, all gon
They left the window, all gone. Are they preparing their colony for my house?

 
I can't say...
...but if they were inside the house to begin with, you may want to have a professional investigate.

 
Not inside,
just in the window. I opened the screen and they all left out the window eventually. I suppose that's why a spider set up its web in there, it caught a few of them.
