Wasn't quick enough to capture the mating that just happened. This is I think (?) a female spreadwing of some kind. Lousy light and picture, but male had more sparkly green color.

I'm thinking
Emerald spreadwing, or Elegant spreadwing, or even Amber-winged spreadwing. Wouldn't it be great to have a better picture...or the one the got away, the one with the male still in the picture!
