Coleophora. Not C mayrella. The lack of banding on antenna makes it C trifolii/deauratella/apicialbella. C deauratella would have larger antanna base. C apicialbella is limited to IN and OH, so in its range. C apicialbella has definite red sheen which this seems to have and it feeds on silene virginica which is within 10 feet of this moth
