The lightened photo seems to show a mark on the face that I'm not seeing referenced with either Chrysopa, though there are otherwise similarities to the image in the literature. I'm fairly sure I can rule out Ceraeochrysa lineatocornis, but that genus may be another place to check. I may end up seeing about running these by Catherine Tauber since this is an excellent view of the facial markings, debris capsule, and scoli.

Tentative placement. I'm fairly sure the debris derived from insect flocculence as I'm seeing limbs. While this could technically be a new state record, the adults only differ in slight terms of wing venation from C. quadripunctata and reasonably may have more overlap in range than currently known in the literature. There are very sparse notes on the debris packet of C. quadripunctata.
