Are you sure Brad Barnd? the legs look a lot like those of canadensis.

 
pretty sure
While coloration is somewhat variable in this genus, a more important character is the sculpture of the pronotum; some have a striate surface (like canadensis) and others a more punctate surface (like dispar). I see punctate here.

looks like something in Exema. There's a key (1) but I'm not sure all of the features used in it can be assessed in field photos
