Stenodynerus or Parancistrocerus
Given the spot behind the eye, this should be either
Stenodynerus
or
Parancistrocerus
, both of which have red species/subspecies/forms in Florida. These genera aren't easy to separate, but to my eye it looks much like
Parancistrocerus fulvipes
(below).
