Notonecta spp. in Raleigh, NC, USA. - Notonecta

Size: 11mm
Collected this Notonecta spp. (Milky backswimmer) today that was swimming around a residential pool in Raleigh, NC (Wake County). Appears dark navy blue and light gray in person. I've been unable to identify it down to species.
