Dragonhunter? - Cordulegaster obliqua
Decatur, Macon County, Illinois, USA
Found on a hike near the Sangamon River. I was told by someone that this could be a Dragonhunter(Hagenius brevistylus). The pictures I've seen online don't quite look like this one does though.
