Eulophid wasp - Eulophus basalis

Eulophid wasp - Eulophus basalis
Nashville, Tennessee, USA
July 7, 2008
Size: 2.5 mm
A bunch of these just emerged from pupae I collected a few days ago. I suspect they are a Eulophus. Does anyone know to whom I might send specimens for ID?

Christer Hansson's comment on this image...
was that it could be Eulophus but he would need to see the specimen to confirm.

Euplectrus…
This fits the description for this genus including the mostly black body with yellow legs and light-brown antennae. I have noticed the piles of larval frass nearby that typically indicate Eulophus, but it may be just coincidental in this case (other eulophid genera may have also emerged nearby).

See reference here.

These definitely came from Eulophus type pupae...
I collected a whole cluster of them, and all of them produced these wasps, and there was nothing else on the leaf.
