Moved from Trigonarthris.

Trigonarthris minnesotana
You're right.
The prothorax scarcely angulate at sides implies its belonging to Trigonarthris minnesotana (Casey, 1913).

Thanks
Thanks, Francesco! Moving to the species page.

Trigonarthris sp.?
The pubescence on the smooth cream colored elytra with black tips does not seem dense enough for Cosmosalia (Lepturobosca). I think this is a Trigonarthris sp. (either minnesotana or proxima). I know that chrysocoma is common in New England but I've never seen then south of that. I suppose they could be in higher evelations in the Appalachians which would make this a good record if it is that species.
