I don't dare - blind leading the blind
The only difference I was told was to look for the tubercules (especially hairy ones). Those are green lacewing larvae. The one above clearly has them. Yours looks like it *might* have little hairy patches...but I can't tell if there are tubercules or not. I only found out about the difference over the last couple weeks in IDing my own brown larva! :)
