Definitely either Leptomantispa pulchella or Dicromantispa sayi. I'm getting an intermediate count on the "wishbones" in the forewing venation. Though with the pterostigma being strongly bent posteriorly and the broader mark on the back of the head, I think I lean more toward Leptomantispa.
