Black-shouldered Spinyleg
As Bob said, this is a Dromogomphus spinsosus. Note particularly the unique frontal thoracic pattern.

From what......
I can see from your photo, it appears to be a Black-shouldered Spineylegs. If you have any other photos of it, check the rear legs. They are much longer than other odes. And have spines on them.
