Curculionidae: Strophosoma melanogrammus
The dark mark before the eye and on the elytra behind the scutellum are the keys.

Scientific spelling?
Don, I've been told this should be spelled Strophosoma melanogrammum by Christopher Majka. Is that right?

Without
knowing for sure, the gender of the genus name does look like it should be neuter --> ending of -um for the species name.
