Treehopper -
Entylia carinata
Aroostook, Victoria County, New Brunswick, Canada
June 28, 2021
Size: 3mm
Found underneath my potato plants. Tiny black ants all around. I think I can identify it as a treehopper but no idea where to go from there to narrow it further.
