Size: 10-15 mm
Small pompilid wasp. Found on vegetation, early evening (5:30pm). Held its wings erect above the thorax & flicked them while it walked.

It's probably a female, but that is hard for me to confirm, due to lack of personal experience and the details visible in these shots. Nice catch!
