I thought this might be a Western Tailed-Blue but it is quite pale and I can't see the tails.

Very worn, but still a hint of two orange spots just above the tail area (on the butterfly, not photo). Tail may be gone or not be visible.
The bottom orange spot (on the butterfly, not photo) still has the marginal black spot (where the tail would be).
