Chalcid wasp - Conura

Chalcid wasp - Conura
Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, USA
July 5, 2021
Size: 6 mm

Possibly C. amoena… BUT
The color pattern aligns strongly with C. amoena. The difficulty, though, is that this genus is highly complex. The best trait for the species seems to be the size and number of teeth on the hind femur, which I can't verify from here. Austin Baker has also noted that there are identification issues among BugGuide's chalcidids, so I'd prefer to be cautious on placement.
