Wingless orthopteran

Wingless orthopteran
Skamania County, Washington, USA
July 4, 2021
Size: 25mm
I’m stumped on this Orthopteran. It seems near adult but lacks any wing pads, and doesn’t look right for Bradynotes obesa, or any other wingless ‘hoppers I’m seeing.
Found July 4, 2021 at 4,000’ elevation on the ridgeline between the watersheds of the Wind, E. Fork Lewis, and N. Fork Lewis rivers, in Skamania County, Washington. 45.844946 -122.102166.

Wow! I did not know that wing
Wow! I did not know that wingless adult males existed. Now I know.

Moved
Does appear to be an adult male podismine of sorts. I'm not familiar with the species out west

Moved from ID Request.

Have you considered this being a nymph?
