Blue-fronted Dancer? - Argia moesta

Blue-fronted Dancer? - Argia moesta
Lake County, Illinois, USA
July 9, 2008
Size: Longer than usuual?
I looked through "Damselflies of the North Woods" to try to ID this damselfly. To me, it looks like a female Blue-fronted Dancer. The coloring seems to match. The guide says that the female blue-fronted can be confused with the female blue- powdered dancer, but that the blue-fronted "has only one cell in wing directly below the stigma" (whereas the blue-powdered has two). Or am I way off & it's something else? Thanks ahead of time for taking a look. Can you ID?

Female
Powdered Dancer - blue form. The pale abdominal tip gives it away.

Thanks so much for your quick reply. It's appreciated! I'm moving it to appropriate place in guide.
