Size: 9 mm
Found in a reddish rain puddle
All the four specimens that I captured are dead and, obviously, I won't be able to rear them to maturity
I'll post focus-stacked photos when I have the chance
Coordinates: 32.228667, -109.829305
Elevation: 4,163 ft
Shot while they were immersed in water

Ostracods are also superficially similar.

With luck, a crustacean expert will be able to place them.
