What a gangly little thing . Why do they need such a long tongue ? In this photo you can see the pollen , hopefully , hanging off her rear section . Please tell me that she has not been parasitized . I rarely see this kind of Beefly , but it is always nice to hear her whizz by with purpose . Thanks for any comments , Beth
