Tiny Wasp on Cinquefoil - Macroglenes

Tiny Wasp on Cinquefoil - Macroglenes
SGI Building on Fairlight Dr, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada
July 11, 2021
A very small wasp observed on Potentilla/Cinquefoil decorating the lawn of the SGI Assessment Centre on Fairlight Dr in Saskatoon.

Initially posted on iNaturalist an ID suggestion there is Genus Macroglenes.

Moved
Moved from Entedoninae.

Definitely Macroglenes
male.

The image is not sharp enough ...
... for me to be certain, but instead of the pteromalid genus Macroglenes, I suspect this instead is a member of the eulophid subfamily Entedoninae.
