Tenebrionidae? - Airora aequalis

Tenebrionidae? - Airora aequalis
Loomis, Placer County, California, USA
June 18, 2021
Size: 5.1 mm
Taken from a Lindgren Funnel.
Elevation 700’, GPS = 38.8198, -121.1173
Rural residential area with animals & oaks and conifers.

-- Tarsi = 4-4-4 I think. WRONG - really 5-5-5 if you look very carefully!
-- Antennae short & attachment hidden under shelf of clypeus.
-- Antennal club 3 segmented.
-- All tibia with lateral spines.
-- Procoxal cavity closed.

Help appreciated so I can figure out why I couldn't key it out.

yeah more likely this one
Moved from Corticotomus.

Thanks
Tricky 1st hind tarsomere is small, and looks somewhat a part of the tibia instead of a separate item. That's where I went wrong.

I keyed it to Airora and see you already moved it there and added species. I'll modify the above text for clarity.
Thanks again.

Moved tentatively... might be a small Airora
Moved from Beetles.
