Clearwing - Hemaris

Clearwing - Hemaris
Brossard, Quebec, Canada
July 15, 2021
I am wondering whether this is Hemaris aethera (Diervilla Clearwing) or Hemaris diffinis (Snowberry clearwing)? The aethera is the more northerly of the two and is found in Quebec. The Inaturalist site suggests both, depending on which photo I entered. If anyone can tell them apart I would be very grateful. Thanks.
