Possibly a member of Braconidae?

Possibly a member of Braconidae?
Sacramento County, California, USA
Size: Less than 5 mm
This is some parasitic wasp, less than 5 mm. It has more than 20 antennal segments and appears to have the right wing venation for braconidae, but am uncertain with working with this group of wasps. Sorry for the poor pictures, this is my first time using my USB microscope and am still trying to get the hang of it.
