This is a Fragile Forktail- Ischnura posita.

I don't have a picture, but would like assistance in ID'ing a similar individual observed near my wildlife pond on 8 Jun 2014. Subject has same stripe pattern on the thorax, but stripes are blue. The abdomen is colored as for I. posita. Could this be a male?
