I think that it's Lycidae lar
I think that it's Lycidae larva (although the head could hardly be seen, to state for sure)

Not so sure.
Many larvae of netwing beetles (Lycidae) are nearly identical to lampyrid larvae. I can't tell the difference myself in many cases!
