In my research it looks like a southern House Spider, possibly a male.

Male. Might be something in Hibana.

Very definitely not a Kukulcania hibernalis/southern house spider, those have a different eye arrangement and thicker pedipalps (also, male K. hibernalis pedipalps stick straight out from the body), among other things.
