Size: Maybe around 11 mm?

Came to the light at night. I believe that the ID is correct based on other images already in the guide, please let me know if I am wrong.

Could be...

Don Chandler's Perlesta n. sp. (here) or one of the many look-alikes in this genus. Placement at genus is probably best.

Well...

if you'll click on several of the pictures under the Perlesta placida heading in the Perlidae you can get a sense of the confusion that sometimes occurs between some perlodids and small perlids. I believe that this is probably P. placida.
