Cuterebra emasculator, female
Yes the yellow last segment of the abdomen, places this in the Fontinella Group of Cuterebra. The yellow haired back and sides, along with no spotting on the abdomen (and shining) all point to C. emasculator, (which does not really emasculate the host- that name is because in chipmunks the larvae of the bot are generally near the groin). This species uses Tamias striatus in the north and grey squirrels in the south. This is a female by spacing between the eyes and your first pic is female in process of laying an egg.

gotta love the name.
Moved from Bot Flies.

Cuterebra emasculator
That is quite the name.
