Cool Fly - Lepidophora lutea

I thought this was a moth at first. But after looking at it on the computer it appears to be a fly. Either way, it's one of the coolest things I've ever seen!

Not an ID
but looks quite close to Lepidophora lutea - see very detailed comments at these two images:
