Tortricidae of some kind, came in to porch light - Sonia

Tortricidae of some kind, came in to porch light - Sonia
between Charleston and Ashmore, Coles County, Illinois, USA
August 7, 2021
Size: ~1 cm?
Seen at 2 am at the porch light. iNaturalist suggested both Aster-headed Eucosma (Eucosma tomonana) and Canadian Sonia Moth (Sonia canadana), but neither of those have the blue band up by the head. I'm no moth expert, and would love to have this identified.
