Nice shots!
This is in the genus Indiopsocus, a female. It fits Indiopsocus bisignatus. Yours is the first California record. Wish I had the specimen. Do you ever collect specimens?

No, I don't normally collect specimens, but I could collect this species if I run across it again (I have collected for other people in the past). Let me know if you are interested.
