Drepanulatrix
This isn't Cyclophora. It appears to be a member of Caberini, quite possibly the highly variable, Drepanulatrix foeminaria. I'll look into it more this afternoon.

Worn moth
thank you for looking into this. I have a couple other photos that I suspect could be Drepanulatrix foeminaria but I am not knowledgeable enough to be sure.

Drepanulatrix
I consulted Dr. Jeffrey Miller at Oregon State on this one, and he states this appears to be a Drepanulatrix falcataria.

He writes, "Your specimen strikes us as a Drepanulatrix falcataria. The foemenaria we see are much darker, especially in the hindwing."

So I'd say it's safe to place as falcataria. Many thanks to Dr. Miller for taking the time to assist with this moth.

Thank you. I am trying to learn how to entangle th various Drepanulatrix photos I have taken.
Thanks again
