Drepanulatrix
This isn't Cyclophora. It appears to be a member of Caberini, quite possibly the highly variable,
Drepanulatrix foeminaria
. I'll look into it more this afternoon.

Worn moth
thank you for looking into this. I have a couple other photos that I suspect could be Drepanulatrix foeminaria but I am not knowledgeable enough to be sure.

Drepanulatrix
I consulted
Dr. Jeffrey Miller
at Oregon State on this one, and he states this appears to be a
Drepanulatrix falcataria
.
He writes, "
Your specimen strikes us as a Drepanulatrix falcataria. The foemenaria we see are much darker, especially in the hindwing.
"
So I'd say it's safe to place as
falcataria
. Many thanks to Dr. Miller for taking the time to assist with this moth.
