Black-spotted Moth -
Macaria oweni
Minden, Haliburton, Ontario, Canada

Size: Small
This delicate little guy came to my porch light. Since he is on my finger, you can judge his size. This one my be difficult to ID. Any ideas?

Moth is
Easily in the
Macaria genus
and looks quite like the Macaria signaria, but since you're an Eastern-er, I could be wrong. (Link to M. signaria is
