Looks like...
I think that these are the same species and the female (above) should be moved. I already left a message for Steve Nanz, since this moth is included on MPG.
Mericisca gracea: ♂ The PM line has an extra (outward) bulge near the middle of the wing. None of the Parapheromia have that bulge.
