Pelochrista scintillana in Vermont(?!) -
Eucosma autumnana
Sharon, Windsor County, Vermont, USA
August 25, 2021
Size: <1cm
This species seems unmistakable, with its 2-row barcode, but I don't see any observations from Vermont here or on iNaturalist.
